The Mbukushu TEE Project has two teachers, both are pastors in the Mbukushu Evangelical Bible Church (EBC). Disho Thitopogho and Anton Mberema were both converted under the ministry of AIM/AEF missionaries and trained to become pastors at the Evangelical Bible Institute in Rundu.

Disho has pastored churches in Namibia and Botswana and been the Secretary for the EBC North. He was extensively involved in the translation of the Jesus Film into Thimbukushu, and played the role of Jesus in the local language version. Disho is a gifted evangelist.
Anton has pastored the Dihokohoko church since being ordained. He is passionate about teaching and training leaders in the church, is a hard worker and was primarily instrumental in getting this project off the ground.
Disho takes the English class, meeting with the students weekly and reviewing the material that they have covered on their own. He discusses important issues with them and prepares them for the end of module test.
Anton teaches the Thimbukushu class. He has to translate the material and make notes for the students. They learn the material through twice weekly classes of "chalk & board" teaching.
The NETS Co-ordinator based in Katima Mulilo liaises between the teachers and NETS in Windhoek. They are vital to the smooth running of the programme and have made this latest arrangement possible.
